Who We Are
S3 International was established in 2014 as a wholly owned subsidiary of S³ Inc. to lead and expand the company’s overseas aviation and defense operations. As the global execution arm of the organization, S3 International manages complex international programs that require disciplined compliance, operational precision, and the ability to deploy and sustain highly skilled aviation professionals worldwide.
Global Aviation Leadership
S3 International delivers structured aviation training, operational support, and expeditionary workforce solutions in support of U.S. Government–backed international programs. Our experience spans Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Military Education and Training (IMET), peacekeeping support, and long-term aviation sustainment efforts.
Over the past decades, our teams have trained more than 6,000 aircrew members from over 35 Partner Nations, logging more than 500,000 instructional flight hours across advanced military aircraft and simulator platforms. These programs demonstrate our ability to execute at scale across diverse operational, regulatory, and cultural environments.
Saudi Arabia Operations
Saudi Arabia represents one of S3 International’s most complex and mature operational environments. Through Team GDC ME, in collaboration with S3 Arabia—a foreign entity of S3 International—we deliver advanced rotary-wing aviation training and operational support to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of National Guard.
Our operations in the Kingdom include a workforce of more than 300 aviation professionals, comprising U.S. and Saudi pilots, instructors, and support personnel operating at major military installations in Riyadh. These efforts support Saudi Vision 2030 objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and mission readiness.
